Booking and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed by text or phone. You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least two hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged for the booked session.
Late arrivals
If you're running late, Chat with us. We'll do our best to keep your full session — if that's not possible, we'll fit you in for the time we still have.
Health and comfort
Tell your therapist about any injuries, medical conditions, allergies or areas to avoid. Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious condition, please consult your doctor first.
Respectful conduct
Golden SPA is a professional massage spa. We provide therapeutic and relaxation massage only. Inappropriate behaviour, requests for non-therapeutic services, or harassment of staff will end your session immediately and result in a full charge plus a permanent ban.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred. They do not expire.
Pricing
Prices are listed on the Service page and may change. The price you were quoted at booking is the price you'll pay.
Children
Guests under 16 require a parent or guardian present. Massage for minors is at the therapist's discretion.
